Meet the founders

Elle: Creative Director

A life-long creative and entrepreneur, Elle has always had a passion for art — from photography, to branding and web design, to watercolor illustrations. While her focus may have shifted over the years, two things have always remained steadfast: her use of visuals to tell a story, and her passion for the sea. But a business can’t run on passion alone…

Brian: Lead of operations

Brian works behind the scenes to ensure logistics, research, finances and legal processes run smoothly at Voyage Collective. With a professional background in project management, he plays a huge part in strategic development and planning our travels. A skilled drone pilot, any aerial photography or videography you see is born of his creativity.

Together:

Our work has been spotlighted by some incredible platforms, including Matador Network, British Vogue, and even Good Morning America. We’re honored to have our work recognized on such a global stage, and we can’t wait to bring that same level of creativity and passion to your project. These pinch-me milestones remind us why we love sharing our art and photography with the world — and hopefully, with you too!

Protecting and conserving our oceans and its inhabitants

Your support helps save the seas!

A portion of every project will be donated to help restore and protect coral reefs around the world.

Our Philosophy

Why travel?

It’s not for the “perfect” Instagram shot, crossing a destination off our bucket list, or putting another pin in our map. There is transformative power in immersing ourselves in the roots of our travels, instead of playing the role of a tourist passing by.

We firmly believe that travel creates empathy. When we remove ourselves from the confines of our comfort zone and challenge ourselves to broaden our perspective, we find appreciation for different cultures and their contributions to the world, gain respect for the way others live and the traditions they hold sacred, unlearn the ignorance and biases we may have unconsciously projected and learn about ourselves along the way.

We are all connected, and travel, more than anything else, will make this apparent. When we celebrate the unique heritage and cultural traditions of our location, any location, in a more intimate and meaningful way, we are able to connect with the people we’ve encountered and cultivate new relationships. It’s these slow and authentic experiences that teach us not only about ourselves as we reflect inward, but about each other.

Traveling mindfully, sustainably, and regeneratively is essential to ensuring the result of our actions leaves a positive impact.

So as we explore exhilarating destinations, as we cross oceans and borders, as we dive into the unknown and experience the unfamiliar, we encourage you to tap into your own curiosity, to embrace adventure, to open your mind and try new things, and perhaps most importantly, to change your outlook on the world and consider the impact you leave behind.
